When is my order shipped out?

Normally we need 2-3 days to get ready your order items, double check the quality to make sure you get perfect items. For made-to-order items, normally it needs 7-12 days to make for you. Please keep in touch with our sales service.

How is the delivery date?

This depends on your location. The US & Canada are usually 7-12 business days. Other countries can confirm shipping time with customer service.

How much for shipping?

About Packing

After placing an order, we send it with dust bag and a regular box by default (as shown in the picture)

If you need the original box to pack, you need to add 10-25 USD and confirm with customer service notes.
