How can I check my order status?

Login your account on our website to check. We suggest you put your valid mobile number on your shipping information, so that you will get message notice of your order status.

Will I get my tracking number?

When you place your order, we will take video and pictures for your confirmation. After confirmation and the package is shipped, you will receive an email/message notification with tracking number and tracking information.

How can I cancel my order?

Please do contact our customer service in time if you would like to cancel your order. Orders can’t be canceled once shipped out.
